After four years of successful growth and development, Entrust People, the IT and Clinical recruitment specialists, have started 2014 with a significant re-launch of their brand and proposition to the client and candidate sectors. Now, in addition to their expertise in IT and Clinical markets, the company has developed a new Healthcare team based in its Dundee office, and to mark this expansion, have refreshed the Entrust People and divisional brands across all on and offline communications.

Since their inception in 2010 Entrust People has seen continued growth and development, moving from one and half members of staff to a strong team of 12 specialist consultants. The company is also very proud of the significant achievements they have made financially. Following their first year in business they ended with a turnover of £250,700 and now have a projected turnover of almost £2,500,000 for the conclusion of their financial year, this September.

The past 2 months have seen Entrust People redefining the brand, its proposition and expanding all divisional teams. A new IT Head Office was opened on Union Street in the Aberdeen city centre and they expanded their clinical team in a new base in Paisley - all affirming their commitment to be recognised as the leading specialist resourcing solutions provider for the IT, Clinical and Healthcare sectors.

Expanding into Entrust Healthcare, the team are adding value and strength to the marketplace with specifically coached staff who have a strong understanding of the European Healthcare market and can operate in a highly responsive manner in accessing relevant talent. With a strong sector understanding and a partnership approach to working with clients, Entrust provides a range of resourcing solutions including Staff Contracting, Recruitment Outsourcing, Direct Hiring, Executive Search and Insourcing.

The Entrust rebrand includes a new website, which has been developed to provide clients with an informative overview of the Entrust business model and extensive experience within the industry and provide candidates with an efficient recruitment search functionality and an information and advice resource hub.  The site is specifically tailored to the individual sectors and the investment in the site development is focused on providing a bespoke, passionate and progressive service to all Entrust clients and candidates.

As the name suggests, Entrust have a strong belief in people, and their strong relationship with clients and candidates is wholly down to their people and the expert and wealth of experience within the team. Entrust are delighted to announce the appointment of three new members of the Entrust Team; Jill Ingham as Resourcing Consultant for Entrust Clinical, Fiona Campbell as Senior Resourcing Consultant for Entrust IT and Fiona Reynolds as Resourcing Manager for the new division, Entrust Healthcare. All three bring a wealth of experience from their strong backgrounds in recruitment and are looking forward to working closely with the Entrust client base, to find jobs and roles that are right for them.
