The Budget 2015: Aberdeen Business Breakfast
19 March 2015

A lot has happened in the 12 months since the Chancellor delivered his last Budget Statement both internationally and at home with the fall in the oil price and the Scottish Referendum dominating the headlines.

Given the significance of the oil and gas industry in the Northeast of Scotland the falling oil price is of particular interest.  Darren Aggasild, Associate Director of Entrust People, is attending the Aberdeen and Grampian Chamber of Commerce Business Breakfast today at the Ardoe House, to hear an analysis of this year’s budget, where speakers Bob Cardno and Derek Leith of EY and Mike Tholen of Oil and Gas UK will discuss the impact and repercussions of the Chancellor’s pronouncements yesterday.  The question is, has the government delivered enough for you and your business in the budget to be re-elected at the next general election?
