They are currently recruiting for a full time Digital Marketing Manager who will be responsible for executing and maintaining the strategic vision for our digital platforms, corporate website and analytics program.

Role Responsibility

  • Manage the day-to-day relationship with digital vendors, and serve as a liaison between them and the Marketing team
  • Manage development and on-going updates to the new corporate website
  • Improve usability, design, content, of the website on an on-going basis
  • Develop and continually optimise analytics to track use of website
  • Create and automate regular web marketing dashboards and reports as well as meaningful Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
  • Contribute in creative brainstorms and work groups to evolve the web experience.
  • Devise and manage digital marketing campaigns, in collaboration with the markets, to raise awareness of the brand and product campaigns
  • Execute social media strategy
  • Manage and update Sales team Digital Toolkit.
  • Co-ordinate Sales training on Digital tools for product launches where required
  • Support other marketing activities as requested for example Branding work, Conference preparation, Customer Service support, development of marketing campaign materials.
  • Create, maintain and report project plans and timelines

About You

Essential Skills:

  • Degree or similar level qualification in Marketing or experience in managing digital marketing in the healthcare industry (direct to healthcare professional content)
  • In-depth experience of Marketing in IVD / Medical / Pharma sectors
  • Strong understanding and experience of current on-line marketing concepts, strategy and best practice
  • Previous experience in a similar digital marketing role including working with a CMS for development and implementation of content
  • Experience of using animation and/ or video media in campaigns
  • Experience of using analytics and user tracking website tools and platforms including using Data analysis tools and or advanced experience with Excel for KPI, trend and reporting.
  • Experience of supplier and vendor management including financial and budgetary planning
  • Experience with use of Digital marketing tools with sales teams and in training in their use
  • Experience with social media use to promote products or interaction between HCPs
  • A desire to stay on top of emerging web marketing and technology trends.
  • Strong attention to detail, love of process-building, and desire to help grow a business unit.
  • Comfortable with learning and discussing technical concepts related to web development and information systems with internal IT and external vendors.
  • Strong communication and team working skills
