Entrust People have a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Services Manager to join our client. The role is based in Manchester with a leading CRO and will be working across their Analytical Services Business Unit.

Working with the Chief Commercial Officer, this role with be responsible for managing the customer service team to ensure an outstanding customer experience and journey.

Key aspects of this role are:

·         Manage Customer Service Management Team

·         Take a lead on all the Customer Service day to day operations

·         The Development of SOP’s and best practices for the team and function

·         Work with internal stakeholders to ensure a great communication process

We are looking for:

·         Experience working in a senior Customer Services role

·         Knowledge/Experience of ISO17025 and/or Laboratory environment

·         Great People Management & Staff Training skills
