Our Client, a globally renowned CRO are looking to expand their clinical Operations team to account for the acquisition of a number of new contracts internationally. This is a superb opportunity for experienced Clinical Project Managers to join a fast paced, dynamic company with excellent packages and long term career prospects on offer. 

Key Responsibilities:
 Business Development
 Assist Business Development (BD) and Director of Project Management when required to provide the specialist technical input at client meetings and for the generation of proposals
 Be pro-active in forming ongoing partnerships and close relationship with clients to promote and secure further work for eTMF solutions and other departments
 Review financial aspect of proposals and Time & Cost estimates for BD
 Attend exhibitions and seminars as appropriate to promote the company. Following BD success, work together with BD and Director of Project Management to bring enquiries and subsequent proposals to fruition
 Continue client liaison after project completion / handover and then maintain an ongoing relationship
 Project Initiation
 eTMF Projects
 For all work won, instigate a Project Initiation Group with Director of Project Management, IT, Director of TMF Operations and BD
 Set up and run initial pilot project when appropriate working with Director of eTMF Operations and appropriate Managers
 Feed back to BD and client on issues arising from Pilot that require change of scope
 Develop long term project plan for all projects working with Director of TMF Operations 

Candidate Criteria 

 Previous project management experience or training is essential.
 Robust pharmaceutical industry experience within a Clinical /Medical environment is preferable.
 In depth knowledge of ICH/GCP and appropriate standards relevant to document management and a thorough understanding of the drug development process.
 Sales experience and training desirable
 Excellent negotiation skills and diplomacy
 Good numeracy skills and financial/commercial awareness
 Highly motivated, enthusiastic and driven
 Advanced verbal / non-verbal communication skills
 Confident and efficient as direct customer interface
 Ability to organise and prioritise appropriately
 Have the capability to make decisions and encourage client confidence
 Flexible, rational, innovative
 Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Power Point)
