Job Title: Meeting Coordinator

Entrust People are delighted to present a Meeting Coordinator opportunity within a large reputable Pharmaceutical Organisation in Basingstoke.

The main purpose of this role is to provide operational support to Specialty Business Unit (Biomed and Oncology).

You will primarily focus on the facilitation and planning of marketing and meeting activities across UK and Republic of Ireland.

You will also liaise closely with Compliance, Ethics and other cross functional team members on P2P meetings, congresses and other queries/concerns.

The key aspects of this role are:

  • Coordination of UK and Ireland meetings
  • Coordination of 3rd party meeting sponsorship across Speciality Brands
  • Support on the delivery of marketing activities and initiatives as required (Webinars and speaker training/briefings)
  • Work closely as part of the brand team to deliver excellent customer experiences
  • Maintain clear tracking of implementation of meetings programme across the Speciality Business Unit
  • Complete any required documentation
  • Raise purchase orders and work closely with external parties

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 3 years+ above experience or project administration
  • Experience working in a highly regulated environment  
  • Excellent planning skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • The ability to mange small scale projects 

Desirable skills:

  • Knowledge of certain technologies such as Veeva
  • Knowledge of e-P2P Platform and other IT platforms eg webinar technology
